Kimberly Burns, talks through the benefits and limitations of the Canadian Securities Administrators new Listed Issuer Financing Exemption, which took effect on November 21, 2022 and warns of some potential cross border implications.

Leanne Krawchuk and Chelsea Wilson discuss changes to Alberta’s Prompt Payment and Construction Lien Act  that came into effect August, 2022 and dig into some major changes for actors in the construction sector.
